No refunds are given for early departure. All rates are subject to change. Daily and weekly stays include water, sewage and electricity. Monthly stays and longer include water and sewage. Metered electricity is billed monthly.
We are pet friendly with a maximum of two pets per site. Maximum pet weight of 40lbs. $10 fee per month, per pet, applies.
Cancellation Policy
Seasonal Reservations: Full deposit refund less $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days or more from arrival date. No refund if cancelled within 60 days from arrival.
Off-season Reservations: Full deposit refund less $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days or more from arrival date. No refund if cancelled within 60 days from arrival.
